What’s the difference between Signature T-Shirts and other Cody Ranch T-Shirts?

Around here, not all tees are cut from the same cloth.

What are your shipping times?

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfilment center, but most UK orders arrive within 3-5 business days following dispatch. International orders may take 7–14 working days depending on location.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK and internationally. International delivery times and costs vary by destination. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Why didn’t my order arrive in one package?

Some items are fulfilled in different facilities, so they may arrive separately. Don’t worry, everything is on its way.

Will the print look exactly like the website?

We aim for high consistency, but slight variations in colour or placement can happen due to the printing process and different screen displays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items go into production quickly, changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll sort it. Just contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order details.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Unless its a Cody Ranch Signature Item, all products are made to order, we don’t offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Contact us at our Contact page to start a return.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, or prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.
